The APC Smart-UPS is designed for IT managers and network administrators who need uninterrupted power, data transfer, and business continuity during extended power outages. The 2200VA line interactive UPS in a 2U tower form factor delivers true sine wave power to support mission-critical electronics during power failures. The SMX comes with an IEC 320 C20 inlet (including BS1363A, IEC 320 C20, and Schuko CEE 7/EU1-16P power cords), 8 IEC 320 C13 receptacles, and 1 IEC 320 C19 receptacle. The UPS includes a SmartSlot for a Network Management Accessory Card, which enables graceful shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines, and HCI clusters using PowerChute Network Shutdown. This uninterruptible power supply can be connected to Ecostruxure IT or third-party centralized management platforms. The SMX UPS is covered by a 3-year warranty and the internal lead-acid battery is covered by a 2-year warranty. This unit is compatible with a dedicated user-replaceable battery, and the APC Replaceable Battery Cartridge helps restore the UPS to its original performance. The Smart-UPS comes with a pair of support legs and rack-mount brackets. 3 groups of switched outlets provide more granular control over the power supplied to the units. The Emergency Power Off feature allows the UPS to be shut down remotely in emergency situations.
